    I can't think of anything to order off a regular theater menu that won't derail my plan so I bring my own stuff There are some fancy dine-in theaters with full restaurant menus and that makes ordering easier.

    Don't let Starbucks trick you with their treats (you know that's at least 1000 cals)!!! Come up with an action plan! I order plain coffees BUT now I ALWAYS get a side Trenta of Ice water (30oz) to make sure I stay hydrated. How do you handle coffee shops?
