  9. You can prioritize it indefinitely while increasing vegetables intake because your capacity may increase in time. Also keep in mind that there are many sources of protein, some also being plants. So what post op protein intake and sources are can/may/will change or cycle over time e.g. Protein shakes -1 week post Eggs - 1 month post Ricotta bake -3 months post Haddock- 6 months post Protein pancakes - 1 yr post Vege & tofu salad - 1.5 yrs post Beef and broccoli - 2 yrs post Quinoa bowl - 2.5 yrs post Quiche - 3 yrs post Chicken salad- 3.5 yrs post Etc...
  10. Very true! Perhaps the OP should look closely at their pre op habits to gain better understanding on the likely outcome of their post op habits (they don't change instantly) sometimes you will still struggle with the same issues after surgery

  17. No magnesium deficiency in fact my deodorant is made from magnesium so I absorb it that way too I think it's the fat... I want fat. I can take or leave the chocolate depending on the lunar cycle but I need nuts.
  18. All I crave are nuts, seeds and dark chocolate. Not even fruit anymore. I will have fruit occasionally because I work it into recipes but I realized I bought watermelon and gave it away because I had Brazil nuts I wanted instead. Save me.

    Keto friendly peanut butter cookies I decided to use psyllium husk (not pictured) for added fiber , literally amazing. Ingredients I used are feature but I followed the recipe amounts When using PB powder add just enough water to make into a paste/dough
