    Significant weight goal reached

🎉 CONGRATS 🎉 (Attaboy, humble or not, show off. I think when people dismiss their own accomplishments it leaves room for others to do the same - "You don't care, why should I?" - And this is note worthy so indulge in it!)

    Hair Loss

LLysine is an amino acid and it was used in alopecia (male pattern baldness) clinical studies but also showed promising results in regards to Telogen Effluvium. Google the research and decided if its right for you. I took the standard dosage recommended on the jar. Safe Journey!

    Dating

Update: Single again. Long story short, we experienced a car accident, a wreck, and the stress of it led us to dial things back and just be friends Not sad, just grateful to still be alive. I need to focus on some other things besides dating for a while.
  10. And im single again. Sigh Too much stress from the accident. We decided to just be friends 😢

How/when did you find your groove?

This is something to discuss in depth with your team. I decided around 6-7 month post op to switch focus a bit and be flexible with daily protein goals. I did this with my teams knowledge and (semi) approval. I could have gone off shakes at about the same time and almost did, but it was just easier to use them in place of creamer in coffee and tea. Using them in that way does help a lot with being able to eat non protein centric foods more readily. Hope that helps!

  15. Alright. Time to tally up folks. I ate a lot of foods (by my standards) but other people's standards I barely ate! I had a small amount of turkey, winter root vegetables, sweet potato, stuffing, mixed vegetables, bread (homemade), tortilla chips, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes spinach dip, protein coffee, protein cookie, peanut brittle, pecan pie, pumpkin pie and ice cream. (Only finished the pies) Oh i know my weight will bounce up, but I also know how to go back down. Thankful.
  16. He was super mature, responsible, controlled and conforting. I was impressed.

  20. I think we are moving super fast too, I'm surprised as well. I like him a lot and I've decided to just go with the flow and not make a big deal out of anything.
  21. This is a modern love story. I like it. Congrats on the success of your marriage! It's always good to hear a happy story

I feel like I blew it

Hi ! Try to treat this as a rare indulgence. You can detour from the plan and head right back ASAP. At four months post op I vacationed and indulged in a lot of non plan foods, but went right back to basics when I returned. This lifestyle is for the rest of your life so try to find a sustainable balance. Safe Journey!
