I know it's hard not comparing your journey to others but consider that things on the internet are often manufactured to look the most appealing. You will never know the whole truth in the background. Guard your sanity and protect your journey from negative outside influences, even when they masquerade as positivity. You don't need that in your life.

Honestly I'm surprised that with IIH, your water intake was that high pre-op. Wasn't warned against over hydration?

Don't compare yourself to others... And not just about weight loss But sure it's *possible*, it will depend on so many factors that you just can't anticipate. But set/smash goals and never ever ever sell yourself short ❤

You can add spices, mixes or sugar free syrups to make your own custom flavors or IJS...

I started a while back and it has help, it's why I look slightly smaller than my weight. I pretty much ignore cardio at the gym and focus on weight/resistant training. My cardio is walking the 3 miles to/from the gym but the weather these days...lol My arms have firmed up nicely, but sadly somethings I can't fix (yet?) and others... Well you can't choose where you lose (behind 😢) from but I can try to target those areas more. But I want my unattainable goals!!!!

I agree with you about the thighs... No one is going to see mine either, no matter how short my dresses are and if recovery is really that bad, I don't want it. I really could use breast work, TT, fat transfer (from everywhere remaining) for BBL, so a mommy makeover kind of thing But really I should go to the gym first... 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
