Your observations seemed to have answered your questions... Try to stick to the foods that were on your plan to kick start weightloss again. But most people cannot eat their fill of anything they want after surgery. That is what usually caused the initial weight gain

Well I don't this that it's really a problem because your goal weights are coming up, only need to maintain pretty soon, and have a lot of exercise in your futures 😎

I have two types of vitamins: Party and Business. I alternate because if I had to swallow pills constantly I wouldn't (I take pills for other medical issues and that's more that enough) I've been doing it this way from the start. My levels are always good (except iron but that's a separate issue) Here's a pic of my large assortment or party favors Check with with your team and see what your options are.

I think people confuse flirting and common friendship all the time now because it's sorely lacking these days in society Actually even the boundaries of friendship are blurred in this generation...

I'll kick this off lol The heeled boots were presurgery and I was amazed they were so comfortable I bought 3 pairs. I lived in these, all day running around in heels. They were amazing. Now, post surgery I have one last unworn pair that are too loose and uncomfortable to wear without 2 pair of socks 😢 I try on a lot of different shoes but pretty much exclusively wear the ones in the second picture. They are a half size smaller and made for walking. Everywhere.
