Don't compare yourself to others... And not just about weight loss But sure it's *possible*, it will depend on so many factors that you just can't anticipate. But set/smash goals and never ever ever sell yourself short ❤

You can add spices, mixes or sugar free syrups to make your own custom flavors or IJS...

I started a while back and it has help, it's why I look slightly smaller than my weight. I pretty much ignore cardio at the gym and focus on weight/resistant training. My cardio is walking the 3 miles to/from the gym but the weather these days...lol My arms have firmed up nicely, but sadly somethings I can't fix (yet?) and others... Well you can't choose where you lose (behind 😢) from but I can try to target those areas more. But I want my unattainable goals!!!!

I agree with you about the thighs... No one is going to see mine either, no matter how short my dresses are and if recovery is really that bad, I don't want it. I really could use breast work, TT, fat transfer (from everywhere remaining) for BBL, so a mommy makeover kind of thing But really I should go to the gym first... 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I'm vying for all types of surgery... Not sure where I'll actually land. On one hand nothing is wrong per se, my skin isn't really hanging, rubbing, loose, chafing or infected but on the other hand I simply want more... #firstworldproblems

I was also in the same boat as y'all. Coordinators, RNs, office managers, etc. are just people who are fallible. They forget, neglected, are busy, lazy, misplace things, etc etc etc. Stay in top of them. My amazing team was going through a transition during my scheduling, getting a new office coordinator, she neglected to fax a crucial document to my insurance company. I only knew because I spoke to my insurance company every step of the way. I wasn't playing games with them. I had to call my new coordinator and ask her to fax the documents over and give her the specific persons name to expedite it. Then call back to make sure it was received. All of this less delayed my surgery. But Because I was diligent and had everyone's names and info, things moved along a lot faster than it should have afterwards and nothing ever got lost in red tape again... P.S. From the date of all that drama in my planner, my surgery was on 11/7/17...So don't give up!

I can tell you that intermittent fasting can potentially complement OA because it limits the window of your eating schedule, so whatever you choose, we are here for you as well. And you still have time (maybe another year) to make it to your goal if you choose.
