I don't really have much restriction, y'all. I get the very most eating dense protein and very hard vegetables. Other than that, in order to control portions I pick foods I get bored chewing. High density low calorie, so I can cheat with protein cookies 😂, etc. etc. And of course... Intermittent Fasting. Can't over eat IF your eating window is limited. -

Yesterday my doctor scale read lower than my home scale and I was fully clothed. Usually my home scale is lower. I stepped in both within minutes of each other to try to tell if I could trust my home scale. Nope.

((hugs)) Dang. That's enough to make you cray! Maybe the planets were in retrograde? Cuz yesterday my doc's scale registered 0.4lbs lighter with clothes on than mine did nekkidy, too! Weird huh? But I'll take it for the win. Zero Gain. Maintenance. NOT!

How often do you do measurements/progress pics?

Every time my weight changes, up or down I record it and do the same with a change of photos. It reminds me sometimes that 2lbs doesn't look vastly different but 7 can. It started primarily for MyfitnessPal's progress updates but I also change my avatar here at the same frequency. I plan to stay authentic, and every one will see it.
