I wish the site would consider creating additional levels besides gen pop and vets. We are alreadly excluded from vet forums until 18 months post and it's really hard to want to stay in the weeds. We do have a different set of concerns the further out we get. I hope no one feels excluded. -

When I purged my home I did not eat anything, I donated to neighbors and charity. -

Plus I started thinking about Jung, and I know they have been conditioning us from the start. And y'all know how I feel about conspiracy theories, tea & coffee and being told how to think... I mean seriously why advertise food (especially before a movie/TV shows?) you think anyone is really going to forget to eat??? -

Ok got it, I participate in a lot of threads and a convert was not too thrilled to find out that along with the conversion she lost restriction. I don't think many people have mentioned that anywhere that I have seen so I thought I would pass that info along. Many hopes of healing and returned good health to you, soon! 💜💜💜 My brother had a stroke also, was far too young for it a well, but with PT, time and regular gym session you cannot tell at all. The only thing is his Aphasia is not completely gone, but you win what the Great Scratch Off of Life hands you! XOXO -

Have you considered trying the calorie counting method first? Do you still have a feeling of restriction with VSG? -

Here is the trick especially when things come too big/family/value/bulk sized: Open it over a trash/rubbish bin and pour it out indiscriminately, (stop before nothing's left of course but) and whatever is left in the bag is yours. Become ruthless on your path to success -

So the movies was kind of the same for me, I still sware there is an addictive agent in the popcorn because it's the only food smell on earth that affects me... Still. But I'm also from NYC, we are resourceful , I can sneak a Whole Foods salad in the theater without blinking 😎 When I don't want to eat, I drink coffee in the theater as it's a slow process and I usually have to get it done over, because apparently they set the carafe temp somewhere between how I feel about my Ex fiance and Dante's innermost circle of hell. -
