Time seems to be speeding by... 14 months since surgery , current bmi 28 weight 158lbs (couple lbs gain from vacation foods, expected and proud to know that it's not going to cause anxiety) , so return to stricter habits. I promised to be transparent so I always update my weight up and down... Almost everything remains the same health wise, etc finished latest rounds of Iron infusion, honestly still feel the same. But I'll see what the deal is at the end of the month. Still a very good decision

Walmart or Sam's club gummies, Very inexpensive (even less expensive is Dollar tree Restorz gummy vitamins, or generic tablets to test out first) Coffee tip: Try using protein shakes instead of creamer or half and half. Sugar tip: Completely eliminate all added sugar every where you can by using substitutes or consuming foods with substitutes. General tips: try tracking foods again, separate eating and drinking by 30 mins, eat salads often (little to no dressing), read labels check calories count, eat only what you prepare for a while, stay active with a support group You can do it, again 🎈

That looks really good. What is Matcha? A brand of yogurt or something you added to it? Ceremonial grade green tea, super concentrated. Sorry I'm missing notifications and I'm seeing everything super late... I add lemon flavored stevia so it's like lemon green tea yogurt, I'm *Tom Cruise voice* literally addicted. I love it. It tastes amazing and natural But I'm a person who loves stevia, golden milk and Kale... Your taste may differ

Clean your house like you're ready to move out any day lol When you return it will be such a sigh of relief, you won't have to do anything strenuous tedious and unnecessary. Oh and read advice from Vets/ try to stay away from negativity CONGRATS 🎈

Make sure to get your primary on board early, often they can state that you were participating in documented weight loss effort by simply adding it to you file from you telling them what you've done. Safe Journey 🎈

I had the same issue early on, I found I could not take vitamins or meds super early. Hopefully you feel better soon. CONGRATS 🎈

Ok I know because I'm running this challenge so I should have all my ducks in a row but nah, this is real life. You are all my motivation. I fought the innate food laziness and moved an entire box of protein cookies (yes I have a whole box don't judge me) out of the way to get a packet of Salmon because I made a promise.
