Yikes! I missed these... Sorry y'all So here's how this penny pincher would shop for the highest quality lowest priced Matcha: Fewest ingredients, most certifications on quality, taste, unit price (amount for amount), organic (if it matters to you) and maybe country of origin. Hope this helps! -

Update: Not featured: yogurt, chicken & chocolate chip cookies a friend made for me. (More tea, hot chocolate, coffee & water) The Cookies: they were not protein variety lol so *technically* I'm still on plan, but it's more about me not being a DB when visiting people who go out of their way with hospitality. I'll survive if I have a cookie, especially after walking 2 miles to see them.

Hi! The super expensive high quality one I have also had brown rice solids... I think it helps it dissolve and prevents caking naturally instead of using silicates Sorry for the super late response 😓 -

Now I'm angry too, I mean I kind of knew food waste was horrible (locally)... my ex fiance and I used to drive food from his job to shelters years and years ago but I didn't know it was still at this level. I thought more places/people were making more efforts... Globally... There are just too many people. I can't even image a solution that doesn't sound dystopic.
