Use the settings that says 6 months instead of all time. Focus on the present. Focus on the future. Don't indulge in a past you'll never return to. Keep your head in the game. -

I am still a Dr. V sub because he's honest about what he's selling (I don't need to buy it) And his advice is still spot on for most people not just the WLS community. Stop eating BS if you're gaining/regaining and he was like sure, yeah you may need to try IF to gain some control ... -

Lol ummmm 😓 my kids are classified as my employees (jokingly at first) during the summer months for cleaning around the house, they receive payment by job description... I've seriously considered starting a real cleaning business they would run... But you know... Child labor laws...
