Semi traditional Coco-almond Biscuits Bread flour, Coconut flour, almond flour, quinoa flour, vanilla whey protein, psyllium husk, powdered goat milk, water, baking powder, lemon stevia, truvia, Olive oil I used a traditional biscuit recipe Off the Rumford Aluminum free baking powder tin and just made the amounts add up despite using alternatives. -

I was not required, my Surgeon is a skilled Veteran at the process and didn't require it (also I did not have a lot of fat around my liver) But I did one anyway. I was hedging my bets.
