SIMPLE SURVEY TIME!!! How was this challenge?

Ok strange thing is I only wanted to use timers consistantly and eliminate my use of protein cookies, don't judge me, but in the process I dropped out of a maintenance zone and lost around 7-8lbs... This far into the game that's nothing to gloss over. But I do need to keep some fat around for the possibility of Plastics. *Maybe* I'll slow down on them 😓. There a three different exercises components to choose from . You can do some , all , none - switch it up!!! The main focus is the lack of junk food and the self care
