Hi there I'm roughly ten days post and I had tea with half and half in it (allowed on my list but my first time trying it ) and after I seem to have diarrhea (but no nausea, racing heart, etc. ). Is this what people say is "dumping" ? I can't be sure because I'm still on the full liquid diet and all of my BMs are like this but this time it lasted for three consecutive trips to the bathroom. Has anyone given Intermittent Fasting a try for long periods after surgery. I'm really interested. Not so much for the weight loss, that would be nice too but I'm still early out, but more to place focus on hydration , erasing whatever amount of ghrelin that has returned and feed schedule/pattern forming.
