I'm hoping to stay in the 26-28 range. I was anecdotally told that people in this category live longer-term than lower BMI ranges. For me that is still overweight/obese. So I hope it's true in my case for sure

I finally cleared my closet of the clothing i can no longer fit but absolutely love and im having some serious FOMO, things i never even wore and never will be able to. I dont know why i feel this way i should be overjoyed but i just want to wear my pretty clothes.
