    SLEEVE HELP regarding hunger hormones

I agreed with everyone else, and there is no way to tell how it will affect you specifically. Some people say they never feel hunger like before and some swear they are hungry as soon as they come to from surgery. I believe I feel real hunger, like prior to surgery but diminished in some ways. I think it started around 6-7 months post. I can stabilize it with liquids if it's not a meal time, I can patiently search for appropriate foods or make them instead of eating just anything because I'm ravenous so I think I have not experienced any false hunger.

    Horrible experience with hospital

Time to advocate for the best care you can get. Ask to speak with patient relations, head nurse on shift, etc. Also walk if you know you're supposed to walk and tell them to contact your surgeon if they have questions. And try your hardest to treat them kindly despite the pain you may be in. Get well soon 💟

    Slow WL

So apparently im losing slowly according to my NUT. Only lost 10lbs in a month. And only two months out. We confirmed that I was actually stalled for 3 weeks. We are trying to figure out why and what to do about it because it was along stall May need to bump up exercising to 6 days a week. I started out in the high 240s and by surgery I was 238. Two months post op I'm 209 Not mad at all, would have never gotten here alone, so no biggie to lose slowly. Anyone else a slow loser?

    No "sugar-free" for me

I use stevia exclusively unless in a bind then sucrolose. Stur water enhancer and a few others use stevia, monkfruit, etc. Naturally they are expensive but you could always brew your own iced tea too [emoji738]
