A lot of us change shoe size after surgery, (go down in size and width!) but even more interestingly we become more daring also, trading in flats for stilettos, crocks for running sneakers or even flip flops for closed toe... Ex H and children are marvels of physical forms. Funny my daughters have some of my physical structural features. But when I was overweight i never saw them. New BF is fine - *maybe, maybe* slightly a little heavy for his frame but he thinks its more of a problem more than i do or a doctor would but idk. I support his efforts to lose or whatever the plan. So he likes to eat like me 😉 such a burden lifted Funny to ponder on these things now.

And how much are you eating? What types of foods? You may be eating past your fill signal (if you have one) then it catches up with you too late. Try going back to strict portion sizes and eating time limits to test this. Also if you can talk with your team soon.

Every single time i think restriction is gone i need to remember that im eating sliders... Because this proves i have restriction still Curry Salmon Pate w/ raisins on lettuce buns Before and after Oh and a piece of a protein bar for dessert that i ate first lol
