Bypass v’s Sleeve..... help!

Choose RNY bypass if you want the GOLD standard of WLS w/ malabsorption which tends to be faster but some say the feeling of hunger *may* not be diminished nor have a great deal of restriction (compared to sleeve) Choose VSG sleeve if you want steady weightloss with the *possibility* of greatly reduced hunger and strong initial restriction sensation w/ no malabsorption but some develop GERD in the future -

GERD is ramping up so I mentioned it to my Surgeon at latest visit. Discussed meds and final option of conversion. Nope. Rx'd meds but insurance will not cover. Guess who feels like suddenly considering it. 😅

Same issue. So I just dont do 20:4. Super often anymore. I use it like a reset then move right back to 18:6, 16:8, etc... -
