    Absolutely ... It's a pumpkin pie 1 large can of pumpkin puree (fresh is out of season) 2 eggs Splash of half &half or milk (you can use a sub like nut milk/ seed milk/grain milk etc) Pumpkin pie spice to taste Sugar substitute to taste (Super charge with some protein powder and psyllium husk if you want added nutrition and fiber) Bake in cupcake pan no crust necessary

    No chilling prior to rolling but this dough i chilled for a couple of hours after (in crust form) because i had to run out... The other few i did not. I don't think its necessary because the oil is at liquid form room temp so it doesn't soften further like butter may

    May need less salt amount. I basically poured a thin layer at the bottom of a 1/4 cup measure. This I'll check the flavor.

    I myself made too may fun food detours early on so i began to rethink my plan and I fall firmly into the school of thought of having things super rarely occasionally during the losing phase and making sure its the best over all substitution Like vacation foods while abroad, birthday allowances, Halotop vs Reg Icecream etc... (and really only at a special events/times not everyday/week) Good Luck πŸ’œ
  13. I keep buying the biggest watermelons i can find & eventually eating them all (with help πŸ˜€ of cource) to test if they will make me dump again or if i can still ride the fruit train without a tix for a while longer until I'm busted...

    Tea and Weight Loss

    I drink a lot of tea. Mostly because it started as a habit instilled during early childhood, then teas through pregnancy, for medicinal purposes, hobby, ceremony, fun thirst, celebration, boredom, climate, culture, etc. I could always find a reason. Not many people feel satified on the liquid or puree phase but solids is a different ball game so hang tight 🌈 If you are concerned about caloric intake overall, look carefully at your food choices and see if you can find versions that have less calories with the same nutrition. Swap those out. Whatever the calorie, amount, macro range that you are allowed during each stage, try really hard to stick to it. Also try to stick to scheduled meal times if you are eating too many calories. Good Luck and Congrats πŸ’œ
