I was sleeved 7/6 and I am getting very bored. i weighed 253 on surgery day and 260 when i got home. I am 247 today. i have this pain on my right where they did the surgery not the incision. I am having a hard time getting in the 60/60/60 but I am trying my best. I will be glad when all the pain is gone.

So I am home today. I weighed 253 before surgery and now I am 260 . I am hoping this is from surgery, bloating, and swelling and will fall off. Anyone else weighed more after surgery?

Hi I am new to this site. I am having the gastric sleeve 7/6 and I am getting so nervous each day closer. I feel like I am at the point of backing out. Does everyone get feeling?

I am going through the exact same thing. I only told a few people. My children, partner, brother and 3 friends. I broke and told my mom because it was such a big decision I was making and I knew she wouldn't be supportive but I told her I didn't have to tell you and I didn't want any negativity. Also I feel the same as you. Is this the right decision and I think about that I am 40 now and if I don't get this 255 pds off my 5'1 body I will soon run into health issues. I am determined to lose weight and I agree with the jump start. If you are mentally ready the rest should be easy I guess.

Thank you all for all the positive feedback. I will also be the one that will be in doubt until I drift off on the operating table. I know I made my mind up to have this done and it will be great. i just can't stop going back and forth in my head. I feel like I am making a drastic choice but I know I've tried along time to lose weight by myself and have not been successful. I'm 40 5'1 and currently 255. i lost a few pounds on this liquid diet. 7 more days to go and i haven't been doing great on it.
