Hi I'm 4 weeks post surgery I'm Dow 2 stone since the Op but I'm struggling to find the energy I need I've tried eating more protein but it's hard to eat any more milk having 3 half pints a day and a main meal still only getting to about 700 calories having trouble with an infection has anyone else had similar issue? Now 2 days post op. The morphine patch the hospital gave me at Luton has come off am very tired finding it difficult to function. Seen to be sleeping a lot is that normal? Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk

You can do it just focus on the end result getting there is the hardest thing but you can 100% do this. I'm in UK so can't help on the exercise front but an now a week out of surgery and have lost 2stone so far. Just keep pushing yourself and remember the end result is worth it. Hi I'm doing okay, better than I thought I ever would. Managed to walk yesterday and my food intake is up wounds are still painful can't bend forward and pick anything up. Word of advice ask the hospital how long to leave glue before you can shower [emoji4] Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
