I'm 8 days por op and not sleeping much very uncomfortable I wake up almost every hour . Did any one had sleeping pills . I'm very frustrated -
On my 7 day I'm still not sleeping much any one knows when it gets better

I did it too they found an hiatal hernia and I'm on my second day with lots of discomfort but I'm glad I got it remove -
Hi I'm ok my second day I have lots of gas and when I drink something I can feel it goes down like a rock into my stomach . Any Tios ?
