  1. I had my surgery in 2012. Weighed 278lbs. My lowest was 150lbs. Currently I am 190lbs. I want to be 145! As this is my healthy bmi weight, being 5'4. Anyone struggled with regain? It is coming off very slowly, dropped 5lbs within the last 3 weeks. Trying to eat veggies fruit and protein and upping my water intake. I have a caffeine problem, i like coffee too much. Started using organic 2% milk. Any suggestions or tips welcome. My downfall for regain was sweets and bread!!! I have eliminated bread again and pretty much down to no sweets again.

These pics help me to stay away from sweets! I loved being thin, I felt like ME. i let my mind get the best of me over the past 2 years and gained back 40lbs. My surgery was 2012.

    189lbs goal is 145! Regained 40 since my surgery in 2012. Determined to get to 145. Scrambled eggs for breakfast. Turkey burger with lettuce and tomato, no bun for lunch. Watermelon for snack! Dinner i am thinking grilled chicken and veggies!

    Yes! Sweets are my weakness... but i loved being a healthier better version of myself i loved how i felt when i was thinner which is a big motivator lately ! We can do it!!!!
  9. Orig weight: 278. Got down to 150. urrently 190. Goal: 145. I gotta say healthy eating is a lot easier when you feel your clothes getting looser! This morning I had scrambled eggs (I use ghee to grease the pan), a string cheese and a handful of blueberries. Lunch I have tunafish with shredded lettuce. Dinner.. is not thought out yet
  10. Yes I did. After a break up I went completely downhill!! but one thing I learned is we are in control of our bodies and what we put into it. Determined to succeed again!
