Not the best subject but I am having a little issue. I pooped 2 times after surgery. A solid and watery one but I haven't pooped in about 10-12 days. I don't have any pain or constipated just seeing if anyone else had this issue and any suggestions on how to help? Thanks

I am calling Monday since it's the weekend. I was just seeing if anyone took any medicine to help move it along

Hi Everyone, For the Veterans here, just wondering how long after surgery did you have your first breads. Either tortilla, wrap, whole wheat breads. I am far away from it but was just wondering how everyone else did! Thanks

I know every doctor is different and every person is different but i wanted to get feedback on other peoples diet post op. I had surgery June 22 and have been on Phase 1 liquids of water, jello, broth and protein shakes. Does Week 2 start this coming Thursday June 29 and Week 3 July 6 and Week 4 July 13? I am doing just fine but I really want to move on to the next steps. Luckily I have no pains and no issues holding down water or protein shakes. Broth is something i will not do so i am just very excited to start the next phases!

Hi Everyone, I had surgery on June 22 followed by a required 2 night stay at the hospital. Last night was great being able to sleep in my own bed! Today has been interesting with the fluids. I have had 40oz of water and 22oz of premier protein shakes(60G of protein). My question is sometimes when drinking either one i feel this weird movement down my chest into my stomach. Kind of like a gas or cramp feeling. Just wanted to see if that was normal and if so how long it lasts! Thanks

I'm not sure if it's a traveling back up feeling lol. It could be but my burping has been okay. I haven't tried cold water yet. Just a weird feeling.
