Help!!!! I have this bad my food gets stuck every time I eat. And I have to drink to push it down or it's painful does anyone else have this issue?

Not sure why my food gets stuck even the smallest bites.

I don't take big bites at all

I'm 1 month post op and my doctor has me on Prilosec 40Mg . I have issues all the time with regurgitation. I done experience heartburn but just the regurgitation. Does this go away? Am I doing something wrong?

Dr. Dre Howard in the woodlands I do pretty good keeping liquids down now. I have had some complications though. But it gets better.

Hi Guys, I'm 19 days Post -OP had some complications with dehydration and was admitted after the second week. Spent another week in the hospital getting fluids. I had a follow up appointment yesterday and was put on puréed foods. OMG!! My fist stop was Taco Bell for some refried beans. As soon as I ate it I threw up none stop. I tired different puréed foods but I can't keep anything down. So I'm back on liquids the only thing that seems to agree with me right now. I was really looking forward to starting puréed foods but it's been a nightmare all I do it vomit until I'm throwing up bile. My doctor did explain I have a tight sleeve considering my stomach was already pretty small. Has anyone struggled with this will I ever be able to eat solids , soaps or anything anymore? I'm scared.

I herd cottage cheese is good to try I'll stop by and get some today. Thanks so much Von. I'm having so many regrets about this. It literally takes me an hour to drink a protein drink.

I would go to the ER just in case you do have a virus. Better to be safe than sorry but I agree I doubt this is from the VSG.

I recommend soft thin foods

I haven't spoken with my doctor yet I'll speak with him tomorrow about it. This all took place yesterday.

I was put on puréed foods yesterday I went for the Refried beans . And it tore my stomach up I threw up all day yesterday. I'm now back on liquids [emoji17] I pray that you don't have these same complications and that is a smooth transition. I feel like I regret doing this surgery.
