I had my gastric bypass surgery yesterday and while I'm happy for the new me this pain is indescribable I'm sick off water and the gas Is horrible really hoping and praying things get better even though all this seems bad still don't regret this surgery one bit

Today I am 5 days post op so far this pain is out of control I'm feeling drained and a little lonely hopefully I can meet some people who are dealing with the same or even better where they can encourage me Im 28 in Brooklyn New York married with one son this is one of the most hardest things I've ever had to get through

I got the bypass on the 22nd wow and I've been trying it's way easier said then done I'm just ready and hoping things get better today is the first day I got sick

I'm really hoping so I did walking Today didn't seem to help but I'll keep going and it a pass because this pain is horrible I'm close to tears

So today I got my date it's August 22nd Starting to worry a little bit getting nervous and scared especially after hearing everything that could go wrong

That is a good way to look at it I'll focus on that same thing hopefully to get through

As my surgery date approaches it just seems like everything else is going horrible things with my husband are the worst I almost binge ate to just feel comfort as this amazing journey life changing experience comes on the rest of my life that Was great is now crumbling just had to call the cops on my husband things have gotten this bad this is so sad beyond words when my mind should be clear preparing for surgery next month instead it's full of nonsense and drama that's literally tearing me down almost causing me to not meet my goals idk what to do

Really trying to not be discouraged but it's just so much I will keep strong though thank you

I do like my doctor yes and I have support from my best friend who did the surgery 5 years ago but other then that no

I'm wanted the sleeve my doctor says bypass I was so scared because of dumping now I'm more ready for bypass I see SOO many people have to get bypass after sleeve

Is it as soon as you eat something you shouldn't or if you have a lot ?
