Hi, I have been lurking in the forum for a while. So like many of you I'm in the process ( month 2 of 6 for Insurance pre qualification) of getting the sleeve. I want to try to set myself up for success by on the right path before I get the surgery. My ultimate down fall is my insatiable sweet tooth. Is anyone else working on this? Has anyone had success in beating this? KK

Brian B, how long ago did you have surgery? I'll tell you that my hope is that I will have the surgery and my tastebuds will crave more vegetables and less chocolate. -

Hi K_aane, I watched that documentary you recommended. It was good. I would definitely say that I'm a sugar addict. So far today I have eaten pretty clean. My worst part of the day is when I go home for dinner. I have this need to have my dinner and then eat something sweet regardless of the fact that I'm not hungry. I'm going to try to " white knuckle "it today and skip the sweets. Thanks! -

Thanks for the reply. I completely agree with you about obese people thinking about food more and thinking about eating. I will have to try your advice.
