I had my bypass surgery on 05/08/17 my surgery went great now I am having issues with my vitamins and meds causing nausea. Also not getting enough protein. I would love any help. My e-mail is tcmom_bah@yahoo.com

I am in Norfolk and my bypass was 05/08/17. I am struggling with the vitamins I keep getting nauseous. I also am not doing well with plans on meals. I would love a buddy or mentor. My age is 67 but since there is no book on how to act I don't feel that age lol. Please help me if you can.
