    Any tips?

I'm doing Crossfit one day a week, but honestly I don't count that.

    Any tips?

45 ish. But I was only about 200 when I had the surgery.

    Any tips?

Got it. I'll get back on track with my protein. I don't think I would get my 60+ grams in food alone, so I am trying to drink some in protein waters.
  4. I had my surgery on the 22nd of June. I've lost a good amount of weight but I still would like to lose more. I haven't been drinking my protein like I should be. Do any sleeve vets have any ideas on how to kick start some more weight loss? If I start drinking my protein shakes/water to get 60 oz a day, will that help get me going again?
  5. Gotcha. Thank you! I didn't even think to look.
  6. When did you have your surgery? Mine was 6.22 and I am doing the SAME THING! I am taking the same advice you've gotten. Staying off the scale. I question everything I am doing. Just wanted you to know, in right there with you!

    Show me a day

    Do you mean like Pepcid?
  8. I'm on the purée diet. I am curious as to what a day should look like. I am paranoid of stretching out my stomach and this not working. But I am having a hard time knowing what is good to eat. There's not a lot of puréed stuff that I feel like are good calories. I will eat some mashed potatoes but I feel like those are kind of a waste and don't keep me satisfied long. Can someone give me an example of what my day should look like regarding eating? Also, any good exercises I should be doing, or should I just be intentional about walking? I'm supposed to be doing 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
  9. I had my sleeve done 6.22. About a week out I was down 13 pounds. I got on the scale today and I've GAINED 3 pounds back. What the heck? Please tell me this wasn't all for nothing. Sorry for the dramatic-ness of this post, but I am so bummed right now.

    How do you know?

I replied to the wrong person. How long ago did you have surgery? At 4oz, do you feel satisfied?

How long ago did you have your surgery?
  12. I apologize that I am asking a million questions on this forum, but I have another I'm 5 days post op and was told to do a clear liquid diet until a full week after. Today, I wasn't starving, but really felt like my body needed food. So I ate a tiny about of tomato soup and some sugar free pudding. I didn't have any trouble getting it down, but I am unsure if when I am full. Obviously, I knew enough to stop eating after the pudding, but how do you know when you're full? Sadly, I'm used to knowing I'm full because I've finished the food on my plate. Do you just measure it out for awhile? Any suggestions?

    Ideas

How long were you all on the clear liquid diet? I am supposed to do clear for a week, meaning Thursday I can go to full liquid. I'm not starving, but I feel like my body needs food.

    Ideas

I can not wait to be able to eat soups! My mouth waters at the sound of broccoli cheese soup!
  15. I am 3 days post op and feeling good. I am on the clear liquid diet as of now and have only had the premier protein waters and regular water. Can anyone give me some examples of what you drank/ate during the 3 post op phases? (Clear liquid, full liquid, & puréed)
