I felt that way at first .. and did what many people do before starting the liquid diet .. food funeral. I ate my fav, drank my last coffee .. and made a cake to celebrate.. I won’t lie and tell you I didn’t cheat.. I drank two beers on my 4th day if I remember correctly .. celebrating my mother is back.. but this last week I kept my self from looking at food... and kept my self all liquid plus I’m too scared to be turn down now that I fear to cheat again.
