Yes I made a secret Facebook group. I think some people think that it is only for people who had surgery on Jan 8th. The facebook secret group is open to everyone regardless of when or if you have had surgery. You just need to email me at seekinbigbadwolf@aol.com and I will give you my facebook name. I do not want my business know to all and I like that it is secret. Anyone that wants to join, please do so. I look forward to all of us supporting and encouraing each other.

If you are constipated you need to contact your doctor. I have heard horror stories about constpation and not getting it taken care of. Protein will make you constipated especially Protein Drinks.
