I heaviest was 227 pounds in 2016, I then was able to get weight loss surgery due to my BMI being at 40 and having sever high blood. I got that surgery in February 27, 2017. I lost 60 ponds within that year. I was working out hard at the gym everyday, and I literally watched what I ate, the weight loss was not easy even after surgery, I had to work hard, I noticed that I was able to hold down anything and everything which I felt was odd. Needless to say I began to gain the weight all back. I went up to 200 pounds and had to convince both my insurance and Doctor that I had to get the full gastric bypass. I did and got my Gastric Bypass surgery on New Years Eve of 2018. I was at 200 pounds. I since then have lost 35 pounds. I am going to the gym once again and I am totally counting calories and dieting, I mean I don;t eat fried, processed fatty or high carb foods. Once again I find that I can eat anything and everything and this is worrying me....plus I have not lost anything more since March I am stuck at 165. Im left wonderign am I doomed to stay heavy all my life... what is going on....who knows im still gonna keep pushing hard....
