I have lost 36 but only 1 pound during week 3. Now I get to start soft foods tomorrow and I am so excited to chew again. [emoji4]

I am 9 days post-op VSG. Chick-fil-a diet lemonade is my obsession! Thank goodness DH takes pity on me and brings me some home. -
Yes I am not hungry. I sip and sip and sip on water and protein shakes but every sip is so filling. I feel better knowing most people aren't meeting 64 oz of water out the gate. I feel great after surgery just have to keep reminding myself to eat and drink. Good luck on the 21st!
