I'm 3 days post op. Diet cranberry, herbal teas, sugar free Powerade, crystal lite. I heard carbonation isn't good within the first 6 months. My nutritionist said maybe 6 months can try a seltzer.
Hi there, I am scheduled for Monday and I cheated. I had a couple bites of pizza and a taco I have been extremely strict with myself and following my prepop diet to a tea. I don't know what came over me. I feel guilty and am worried for Monday now. I am clear liquids tomorrow. Will that be enough to undo what I ate?
