Hi everyone, I start my pre-surgery liquid diet on Friday and being sleeved January 15. I am currently visiting my sister and have to fly across the country on the 10th to get home. Any suggestions on what I can do to make sure I get enough protein and nutrients during that day. I’m travelling 12 hours and can’t take premixed drinks and no way to blend powder with liquid. Thanks in advance for any ideas you may have.
