Hi Kate, I too am planning on lapband in May,I'm going for my consultation Tues. But the more I read on the forums the more confused I become. It appears you still have to stay on a strict diet to lose weight and if I could stay on a diet for any length of time I wouldn't need surgery in the first place. Do you agree?
