Dry mouth after surgery caused from CPAP

Yes, I have severe dry mouth!!! I can't talk but a sentence or two before I need a drink. It's seriously embarrassing. My lip gets caught up on my teeth! I have been using Act toothpaste and Biotin spray, mouthwash and gel! Yes I use it all! I think the best though is the spray. So basically I always carry water with me and tbd spray!
