I’m having my sleeve surgery 11/29. Looking for a buddy.

My surgery is 11/29. My preop diet started 11/15. This is been so difficult. The first day i cheated big time. The quilt set in and I’ve been doing good ever sense. I’m allowed oatmeal or grits, broth, protein shakes, water, pop cycles, fat free pudding, and yogurt. I upped my water intake and found that i am less hungry when i do that. I want to crunch something so bad.

I finally got the call today. I had to restart my entire program. What should have taken 4 months took 1 year. That’s all behind me and I’m ready for a new beginning with my new tool. Looking for a weight loss pal.

Omg me to. All i think about is food and my next protein shake.

My husband is the same way. What I’ve done to make it “easier” is: Grocery shop for at least 2 weeks with everything he needs to feed the kids. It’ll be easy stuff and if worse comes to worst they can eat sandwiches. They will be just fine. House will be clean. The kids closets and drawers will be sorted. My twins are 6. They can dress themselves. When i come home Friday i will do what i can and what i can’t will just not get done. My husband is only off my surgery day and he day after. He’s going to have to figure out how to manage school, lunches, dinner, karate and dance class. They will all survive. Every day from now till surgery day i am reorganizing every room in my house. Hello, I am a huge fan of using essential oils. I mostly diffuse however I do put lemon oil in my water everyday and Digize. Has anyone here has issues using oils after surgery. I use young living.

I totally screen shotted this so I can try these oils. I’m just starting but so far love them!

I diffuse different things depending on what’s going on. At bedtime is lavander. When the kids are stuffy I do RC and peppermint. Lemon in my water every day helps me 💩. When hubby tresses I use stress away and lavander massages. Thieves from time to time but I mostly use it for cleaning. I love my oils lol

My surgery date is 11/29. I ended up taking 8 classes. I only needed 3 months but my drs office required 4 and I had to start over because I missed one. Lmao long story. So after 1 full year I’m finally having surgery. Now that I think about it I’m glad I was extended a year. Now more than ever I know I’m ready.

My surgery is 11/29 and I cooked thanksgiving dinner last week for that very same reason.

I also have Cigna. I have high BP and am on 1 medication. I also have high cholesterol. My BMI is 36.8. I got my approval today.

Looking forward to seeing your progress updates. They gave me the option of having surgery 11/15. I’m ready for surgery but still need to plan accordingly.

I have Cigna and my BMI is 36. I have high BP and cholesterol. I got my approval today. It will be very hard to get Cigna to pay without any other issues.

I’m in southern MD and having my surgery 11/29. I’m so ready for this to happen.

So my doctors office sent in all my required paperwork for my surgery authorization. Cigna sent a letter to them and me stating they need more info. The info they need is everything they already sent in. It also looks like they only need info to approve an overnight stay in the hospital. Anyone else get this? Is my surgery approved?

July 12 and preop diet starts 2 weeks prior. I think that means Wednesday. I'm nervous and excited.
