Has anyone had any type of gastric procedure done by Dr. Ernest Rehnke?

I have IBS, and struggle with constipation. Nothing I've tried has worked! What can we eat for fibers? I just started solids this week. HW - 230 SW - 215 CW- 195 GW - 130 Height 5'5"

Hello all! My surgery was 6/27, and I was put on solids a week sooner than planned due to severe nausea that pills wouldn't touch. It helped tremendously. I have no pain when eating, only sometimes a slight discomfort once it hits my stomach when I'm full. I only eat eggs, chicken, tuna, some cooked veggies, and only tonight had shrimp. I'm worried that I don't get enough protein in during the day. I can only eat about 4 or 5 bites before being full, anymore makes me past the point. I don't drink water afterwards for an hour at least, and I've been working a lot harder to get water in during the day. Has anyone had this issue or worry a month out? I can't tell what the pain that comes in waves are. It feels like, before my surgery starving pains, like if I didn't eat for the whole day and my stomach would growl and hurt and I'd be so hungry! Unfortunately I live about 5 or 6 states away from my surgeon lol. I won't see him for another year or so. I have my primary care but I'm not sure what to really say.. maybe I'm overreacting as I can't find anyone who suffers from this like I do. HW - 230 SW - 215 CW- 200 GW - 130 Height 5'5"

I'm wondering if anyone has had heat bother them more than normal? After I was sleeved, heat has been nearly making me pass out! I'm worried as I'm going on a beach vacation in 3 weeks. I can drink plenty of water and eat (very little but solids).

Can someone help me with figuring out vitamins? I currently take a flinstones multivitamin and a biotin. Lately the flinstones ones are tasting AWFUL so I tried the one a days... even worse!! Yes. He just gave me more meds for nausea. I told him I'm having a hard time getting in enough food, and he said "I'll think about moving you to solids". Seriously thinking about backing out. I don't know if I actually trust my surgeon after seeing multiple news stories about his malpractices. Also.. when I googled the statistics it came up a 1 out of 50 people die from the sleeve surgery.

Well, I go in on Tuesday. I'm terrified but not for reasons I was before. Can anyone give me tips/how they felt waking up? I'm nervous because I'm seeing a lot of people are either regretting it, or just plain miserable with pain and serious complications. I'm considered low risk if that has anything to do with complications afterwards..
