How old are you? My doctor told me (as I'm 20yr, 5'4 and weigh 230lbs.) that due to my age, skin elasticity has a better chance of coming back to near normal - not fully. I am curious if certain workouts would help skin tighten back while losing weight?

Mine is June 27th. In Florida, I fly in a couple days before for my official pre op (currently doing the 2 week Optifast liquid diet) and return to Massachusetts July 8th! Good luck to you!!

I started my pre-op diet of Optifast for 2 weeks. Only clear broths if hunger is severe. I've never had an all liquid diet and my god is this hard. Doesn't help that the optifast doesn't taste too great either. My surgery date is June 27th so I'm hoping time goes by fast
