I make crust by mixing one egg and 1/4 cup of cheese. I crisp it up in a pan then add toppings as desired. It is a GREAT option! -

I scheduled my surgery with Dr. Ponce July 10th. I am very nervous. Could you share your experience? Thank you! -
I just saw chocolate and vanilla powder. I also got PBFit (powdered peanut butter) to add variety. I was told no more than 5g of sugar and with both powders combined I am still under. The peanut butter makes a world of difference to me.

I ordered the same. I chose both the powder and a premix variety pack. I start pre-op diet on 6/27.
