I had surgery on 5/22 and I found this awesome new product call Tespo Vitamins. It's like a mini keurig for vitamins. They have a bariatric one for bariatric patients. It's a powder form and you add water to the tank. Has a shot size glass that is it comes with a cup. You put the wheel in the machine it mixes it for your with water and you drink it. It tastes like Tang and is totally tolerable. It's easy to use, buy and I absolutely love it!! My husband had the sleeve surgery too and we both are on it. He started with the chewables and hated it but loves the Tespo.
