Glad to read all your posts and know I'm not alone. I can't eat before noon so within an hour of waking I have a chocolate Atkins shake ( kept at room temp) mixed with coffee. That way I jump start my metabolism and the warm liquid goes down easily. Sometimes only soup for lunch, sometimes Im ok. There are only two food that I have found that I cant eat. Bean sprouts and get this...bananas! What a bummer! I do the chewy vitamins, and am going today to buy a pill splitter which was a great idea, for the big vitamin D. I found Krill pills for the omega 3 which are a manageable size. I had benefiber to one of my crystal light drinks during the day!
