  1. To Outside: Thanks so much for the detailed response. How specifically has the DEXA and RMR helped you? It seems like a large expense and I'm not sure how exactly you incorporate it.

    Working out

I'm 22 days out now. I asked my Doc about this at my 14 day consult. I was told that running and other high intensity cardio was fine for me at 14 days. (but I was completely healed on the outside by then). I was told no weight training until 6 weeks out.
  3. Hi all. I was sleeved June 6, 2017 and have been doing, obstensibly, very well. I'm one of the ones with absolutely no complications so far. I had next to no pain. I was walking on my own accord as soon as I woke up from surgery and have have no food toleration issues whatsoever. I've also lost 62 pounds, 35 post op as of day 17. No regrets or mood swings at all so far. My concern, oddly enough is that everything seems to be going almost too well. I'm tracking calories and macros and consuming at least 60 grams protein, at most 800 calories and at least 50% calories from protein. I'm also running already. I do however still have hunger and I've pretty much progressed myself through all foods ahead of schedule except solid cuts of meat and fresh veggies. (I originally planned on staying on liquid diet as long as possible but found I was downing protein shakes way to quickly and solid foods seems to pace better for me) I really want to know what others have regretted most from their honeymoon period and what advice others can give on maximizing fat loss while maintaining or growing lean mass. I.e., trying to lose too quickly, exercising too little or too much, taking in too much or too little protein, not maximizing fat loss during this period, etc...
