Hi there My surgery is successful. I'm 73lbs down. 7 months. Less hunger did not start till three months post for me. It's so early that your still healing I understand your concerns but you may not be fully healed to be feeling fullness how you will do further out on super dense protein. Many people do not struggle with liquids. I did but not all do. Bougie size wise. I personally wouldn't worry . Alot of stomach was removed . He wouldn't go in to not remove the amount correctly. You say you expect to have a negitive reaction to over eating. Well you should not be over eating to even know what reaction you would have. I don't over eat personally. So can't answer that point. 7 weeks - 20lbs is amazing. You couldn't lose that pre op . Or if you could it for me wasn't likely to stay off. In all honesty. No eating less is not will power alone. But yes will power included. I could eat way more than I allow myself but chose not to. But your feelings and concerned are completely valid. How many ounces was everything ? It's best to try things like that on it's own see how you get on then add other items. To see how your stomach reacts. I'm curious what people's views are on having plastic surgery. And if you plan on having it .. at what stage will you have it ? For me.. initially I thought I'd never have plastics surgery and neither did I think I'd ever have weightloss surgery lol but here we are hah so I'm open minded. Now I'm only 4 months in. And I've lost 58lbs. I didn't expect to be as saggy as I am as when I lost 50 lbs in the same amount of time I didn't sag but oddly I've lost more inches this time round. So I think when I get to my goal weight my tummy will not be so great so now I'm contemplating a tummy tuck at goal.i can cope with my boobs looking like someone removed some socks out of a stuffed sock so it's just deflated.. lol Curious to hear from those who have had it too. And at what stage in their journey they had it.

*Before some people start with the whole " why would you have this surgery if your going to have take out. Take out made you fat" calm down lol many things made us fat but a bite of take out every now and again isn't going to make people fat. But if it's not for you that's perfect. But let's not judge people lol. I was just curious if people did how often and what they have and how much I rarely have take out/fast food.. if my family go to KFC I have the skin of one drumstick lol that's it. Or one hotwig that's me full. I find the amount I'm able to eat fascinating.

But I wouldn't do surgery on someone who refused a HIV test. So weldone to that doctor. Things are handled differently with someone who has. So if those 7 surgeons didn't care to know what's upto them. Just because one is more detailed and thorough than others is a plus in my book. It's amazing your tummy is so flat. How much weight did you lose from removing the skin. I'm considering plastic when are goal but I'm worried about the scaring that's alot of scaring. I want plastics so I can feel comfortable in the bedroom when I get a new partner.but in the end it looks like I'll be wanting to hide myself anyway if I end up with similar scars? I have no idea. As I didn't buy new clothes at the start. But don't worry about clothes size as you can lose alot of weight and still be in the same size or not lose much but proportion wise you change size. I went from a 20/22 to a 14 in top and dresses 16 jeans in 4months. Now 5th month I can wear a 12 dress but prefer lose fitted clothes. 60lbs down. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
