What is your daily eating like ? If your following the plan from your Dr your sleeve will be fine. Forget about the stall your 4 weeks in! Give your body time. Your body is not the same as their body. They do not weigh the same as you, since when did everyone lose the same amount? Just concern yourself with your journey, i have the same issue with water also, I make sure I get in a certain amount before solid. Honestly if you carry on like this you will never be happy with your loss. I do get this feeling every now and again then I remind myself to get a grip because some people lose fast then it slows down or fast slow fast everyone is at different rates but we will all get there if we follow our doctors instruction. P.s not drinking enough water can cause water retention I heard, though i am no doctor, time of the month etc all sorts can cause those few lbs, so try not to stress and weigh all the time, stress can make people either lose weight or hold onto weight. i am a holder lol I am new also 4th July 20lbs down since 1st july but it does feel slow since surgery day so trying not to weigh so I do not get discouraged, maybe this may help? Edit- How much water are you getting a day?

Can you please put it into prospective? Have you ever lost weight that fast? No. So please don't ruin this journey having high expectations then you will not see the amazing stuff that's happening.

Stop being silly, you sutured yourself when you had an infection lol this is getting dumb. There are many different methods actually as many people pointed out, obvcourse everyone else is wrong and you are right. Brilliant. Dont bother deleting your post keep it here lol have fun. Yes so hateful that i told her that its obvious that needed medical attention people always come on here with stuff like this and it ends up going back and fourth of " no im fine i dont need any help" it was not hatefull what so ever, she sutured herself like she is a cow, i dont even think doctors who can do surgery just decide to sort it themselves, she put her self in further risk of issues herself. You go through these drastic measures to then cut corners? I said that this is clearly infected and can not be treated on its own, and shutting in the infection her self was a bad idea. I am not hateful whats so ever. If someone wants to be dramatic that is their problem this is a public forum. Look how bad it looks and her concern is keeping the piercing from closing up? anyones first instinct would be to take it out, and focus on the infection. I am not coming back to this post easier. But if i had something to hide i would not have put " edit-" I said nothing hurtful. I was honest. simple. and i do not want anyone else seeing this post thinkng " im a vet so i am now qualified to treat myself" As you can see i have not replied to her as she is just being dramatic. You have put weight on? i have not read post, are you on pre op diet? are you on your lady month that can cause retention or have you been eating to much?

Id take your piercing out. And go see a doctor. Had my sleeve 4th July I'm completely healed. Looks like a little scratch.

Hi coco What made you even try to eat 7 ounces? The plan for most is 4 ounces. Most people do not test there sleeve to see if they can eat more. Why not just stick to the plan ? Your eating more than I assume your being told to eat. Your more likely to lose if you stick to the plan. The amount of restriction will depend on what you are eating. But even if I do not feel full I'll never go over the amount I was told to have. Im sure if some tried they could fit in more than 4 ounces doesn't mean their pouch isnt done right. Good luck you can do this ..

I will try again tommorow! I am almost in my second week and suddenly drinking today has been a nightmare!! It hurts my chest i feel it just a tiny gulp and my chest hurts i have been soldiering through but i cant take the pain so i have taken a break 9.26pm i had last drank about 5pm , maybe a break will make it fix it self i dont know whats going on. I am stood up that doesnt help i am actually thirsty and my tounge is dry but i can not bare the pain tonight. horrible. i dont know whats wrong!!! so i drink a tiny drop and have to shut my eyes while i am feeling pain to try and take the pain! im done for today i need a break

My Advice is to take a deep breath i was soworried for the surgery, but it was over so fast lol you will be fine

Me too! Goodluck! Me also, how are you feeling? A day before me, wow , So close, how are you feeling? Day before me The pre op diet is interesting, I was on the low carb under 800 cal pre op but I swapped to the milk diet , which my dietician said was fine , 3 pints of milk, two diet yogurts, allowed low cal drinks, unlimited coffee and tea, one salt drink. I prefer this than measuring food, and I drank abit of alcohol before the pre op diet, and feel I need a boost to shrink my liver! .
