dreamingsmall replied to Emailkariann's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
What feedback do you need? You have lost weight so thats great, all lose at different rates. What is your daily eating . like? Aslong as your following the plan you were given then your on track. I am not particularly fast either, but I know i have lost faster than I have ever done before in terms of weightloss. 244 30th july 235 surgery day 4th july 216 now. I wont bother weighing for a couple of weeks -

Surgeons who won't set a goal?
dreamingsmall replied to SpindleCity's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
- My plan is not super strict, i am in the uk, It seems plans are more strict abroad, but balanced diet is all I am required to do, been told not to do low carb. But its inevetable as you just do not feel like wasting tummy space with some foods even if its infront of you , you just eat meat , then veg, ignore potatoes. lol for me anyway 6 weeks in. I have my goal of 135 ( 24+BMI) 5.2 will maybe lose 20lbs more to give myself space incase of bounceback or whatever. -
Surgeons who won't set a goal?
dreamingsmall replied to SpindleCity's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
My surgeon/NUT/Nurse never set me a goal. We disscussed what my goal was. 6 weeks in. Steady weightloss is all they discuss. -
Preop diet usually 2 week before. Which ever pre op diet they ask you to do. Liquid/low carb etc I started my pre op diet late a week befre surgery as had my pre op week before

Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty
dreamingsmall replied to Bigsuzy1969's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Goodluck . Sounds like you know why you want to do this one. I dont consider 220 and 5.3 lower bmi but i supposed compared to people who are 500lbs. If its for lower bmi why is it for lower bmi? like are they removing less stomach? I would rather go for the full surgery and have the stomch removed lol thats me . I was 235 on surgery day 5 foot 2 so similar to you, you know whats best . -
omg ddammit i meant excitement damn hahahha
