Surgery didn’t work?
dreamingsmall replied to Lacecute's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I have been in hospital for almost 3 weeks being investigated for possible bowel cancer, my spelling which you pointed out to make yourself feel better is the least of my worries., you think I have time to make fun of anyone? NO YOU came here making fun of my spelling, which you can not even apologise for. I was not making fun of ANYONE. I was pointing out that she was making fun of someone else as she lost weight faster than a light weight and was simply pointing out that she would lose faster , so no need to gloat , She was comparing herself and making fun of someone who was already worrying about weightloss rate. So I made a fact clear.. No one made fun of anyone, you have come across like a horrible person, to people on this thread we are not the people with a problem, you need to step back because your the one who keeps going and going when we have tried to end this. What are you trying to achieve? You mis understood what most people on this thread have said and the poster above your arguing with is a good person and contributes really nicely and so do I, so stop being so judgmental and going off on everyone for not agreeing with their reaction, because you are going off like your telling everyone else they should not have done. You are not better than anyone. Now LEAVE IT. This is a public forum you do not agree with everyone , but you also do not need to tell everyone, we are adults, you do not have to like everyone. How long do you plan to go on to prove your point? people have moved on and talked about other things and yet you are still going. Enough everyone has heard you, your message is being lost because you do not stop. Step away. You are now seeming like the bully passive aggressively making fun of my spelling and calling me names and refusing to stop this is not part of the rules. Who do you think you are? Because you are what is negative on this post. And the way you have gone about it makes you look even worse considering what your original message was. Your just making this about you. Your approach makes you come across as the bully, it is not the case that everyone is wrong and you are right I am afraid, admit your aproach was not the best and let it go. Girl. BYE. -

Your so negative I can't even read your post lol. Yikes. Bye. Instead of imposing your opinion on everyone use the block feature. You don't need to tell everyone your opinion when they aren't even bothering to read it. My spelling you decided to point out. People know ive been in hospital for over two weeks on strong meds like morphine which makes you abit blury so yes my spelling is not perfect. In also dyslexic so my spelling isn't perfect. But your the only one to point it out to try and humiliate me . your not a nice person. Your passive aggressive. So I'm not responding to you again. -

She needs impatient treatments for eating 5 chips? I would say a step to far... Also weldone your near goal. Your double her weight. Don't give yourself a badge light weights don't lose as fast as heavy weights. I am sure you know that. If you didn't say this last bit I would have believed you were secure in yourself. Have a word with yourself that last paragraph you felt you should share doesn't sound so secure. -

Your a Psychologist but didn't notice you may have an issue with food till you reached over 400lbs? But you can judge others and say you'd deny them. I wouldn't come to see you in the first place lol. Your issues are not acceptable but others are not. -

The size of bougie has no bearing on who will lose the most weight, you got the same reset everyone else did . No weightloss in 18 months, what are you actually eating have you tracked every bite so you can exam it? -

No judgment your a great mum , also a mum and had mental health issues before, does your son have somewhere to go to so he can have some stable emotional tims as it can effect children negatively not knowing when someone will snap at them though its not your fault its hard for the child involved and they may look okay but i deal with children and teenagers who deal withh parents with mh issues whhile they love their parents its very hard to cope with havin someone shout at you randomly etc or over react they do need somwere to go were its peaceful for lengths of time while your waitin to get sorted with meds -
Going off psych meds after surgery
dreamingsmall replied to monalyssa33's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
You can't just FIX your depression when it hits, low mood yes. when the depression hits people post op who have never had issues with depression previouslly nevermind someone with a history of mental health issues, it is not just something you can fix, but your not there yet so what you may feel post op you would never have experianced, its not the same as pre op mental health issues. But you do whats best. I know my depression pre op is not the same post op it was more intense, and when you can not replace with food it was even worse. -
Going off psych meds after surgery
dreamingsmall replied to monalyssa33's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
You will have bigger costs if someone has to pay for your stay in hospital when you go off your meds and end up in a bad state. I am 3 months post the initial depression was the worst, I had been off meds for a year and in a good place, coming of the post surgery is a bad idea, you need them most now. -

Dumb question . - In remission from depression on two medications, how are you in remission? Is it not just the meds are well.. doing its job and working? -

Advice for surgery day and recovery?
dreamingsmall replied to ristharp90's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Calling someone's advice a joke is rude. "Here" ? I must be psychic to know were you are from. I do not need to specify my country I do not know were the op is from.. As I said on this board people are from all over. This is not just for Americans so advice is not just specific to Americans. Be aware of that. If someone does not advice something within your knowledge. Does not make it a joke. Try and be abit respectful of that. If someone's advice doesn't make sense along with yours scroll past. Have a nice day. -
