I followed the same plan was easier after first week. I assume you are in UK ? Never seen that plan in America. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app

Why is it a secret?
dreamingsmall replied to UndercoverDiet's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Who's catty? Who said she shouldn't tell people or that I had an issue with anyone telling people. Don't be dramatic . It was simple I found it ironic she was called under cover diet asking why people hide it I found it funny. I didn't even read your whole message as it doesn't even make any sense lol as I didn't say anything about others telling people I answered the question. Her family will find out one day. But she must not mind the fact the parents will never believe her again. And she will lose all respect. But she must not mind and find it worth it. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app

What kind of joke is pretending to be sick ? Do people pretend to have cancer ? Or is that not allowed but mental illness is okay. I love a good joke. But making someone genuinly concerned isn't funny. You just sound like an attention seeker. I wonder how many people will be laughing if you came here saying your going to pretend you had cancer. dreamingsmall replied to DianeJarrett's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I'm a 14. For sure still plus size. When people are on the higher scale of obese everyone looks skinny. As I got bigger everyone was looking smaller ha. Congrats on all the loss ! Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app -

How important is water really!
dreamingsmall replied to Jeaniered's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
It's not just about the weightloss. You don't want to develop kidney problems after all you have done to get healthier. I struggle to. But if I mix my drink with Crystal light it's easier. Water is hard for me to manage. But keep focusing. And split your water goal up. X amount before you allow your self breakfast. Same for lunch and dinner. Then you have a small amount to have for bed. In all honesty I don't like drinking when I'm out. So sometimes the majority of my water is had in the evening. Im so so sorry for your loss. It's understandable but you needed something familier to comfort you and that was food. Nothing will ever bring your sister back. But focusing on getting your self healthier will surely help you emotionally. You have lost alot of weight so far so you can do it. Pure protein .. Fish . Steak. Whatever With a side of veg or salad. Maybe string cheese and the like for a snack.. This keeps me on track and I have a reduced appetite. If tracking seems over whelming at first. If your sticking to dense protein first. And a few bites if veggies you should feel the restriction to stop. Here if you need anything . I'm only 4 months out so not experienced. I lost my brother a long time ago. And I know the pain. It's no help now but I feel it has gotten easier Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app

For anyone else. Use hand gel every time you come in your home and wash your hands more often and if you have kids wash their hands as soon they come in from school a week before your surgery . Sometimes it's inevitable. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app

It doesn't even have to be bad. A slight cold can derail surgery. Depending on surgeon of course. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
