8/4 weight was 200.9

7/28 - 8 days post op and down to 204.5 woohoo!!

7/21 - 218lbs My surgery was on the 19th, soo know I'm swollen and retaining some water. Really hoping the last few weeks will get me to my goal.

7/14: 217 - didn't go down but more importantly I did t go up! Haha

7/7/17 - 217lbs On my way back down!!

6/30 - 219lbs. My apologies for the late timing

6/24 Weigh-in: 218

Interested in joining!! I've never done a challenge before so hopefully I can stay in the game . Starting weight- 216.5 Goal weight -195 (Surgery date 7/19/17)
