hello aldi,s is a godsend to me they also have fully cooked boneless chicken breasts it has160 calories an 4 grams of carbs an 33 grams of protien, it,s delicous foods there fit&active brands, they also have the sugarfree jello an other stuff. i shop their all the time they are also built a new aldis in our area now we have 2 stores. they are always pack with people. they have the tilapia fillet also have 93 calories 0 carbs an 21grams of protien.

hello i,ve taken it before it came in lemon flavor, not to bad. bought it at my grocer store.

have you ever tried eas, they come in strawberry, vanilla, chocolate.at first i was,nt crazy about the chalky taste then i added skim milk, an i was goodto go. they sell them at walgreens,riteaid, stop&shop was the cheapest 5.99 for four but walgreens was 8.99. just ask them th order them for you.

hello everyone can,t wait to be where you are,not banded yet, hopefully in sept, when i go shopping with my daughter my god, they have the most beautiful selection, if only i could fit them.you just wait i,m gonna be a shopperholic.their is so much to choose from.i,m gonna raid every store i could fine.can,t wait to say charge it. hello sept will be my last 6 month appt.so far i,ve lost 15lbs. the dietian told me you had to prove to them you can lose the weight because at first i was just going along not caring.so i said to myself i,m gonna try. so i started on my own i bought chicken broth, sugarfree jello,&pudding, i drink crystal light, i eat salads, carrots,i drink eas protien drinks they help you lose weight. i exercise 30 minuets a day on my stationary bike., she just wanted to know what i eat, an write it down in my files. so i just started own my own.good luck.

try wal-mart, riteaid pharmacy, walgreens pharmacy. gnc, stop&shop in the diet isle or ask them to order them for you. go online also sil.

also i add some skim milk to the drink it,s makes a world of difference, because when i first bought them htey were chalky an paste tasting.i said to myself i spent money for this nasty stuff, add sim milk an bam, i,m use to it now drink one everytime i get on my bike to workout,before or after.

you can buy the eas at any walgreen pharmacy, just ask them to order them for you, an also at stop&shop in the nutrion section, the are gonna be expensive at gnc two for twenty dollars for a four pack. but stop&shop has them for five dollars eack so i get four packs for twentythree dollars, but the lasttime i bought them at walgreens they were seven dollars for four.just thought i let you know.good luck on your journey.sil
